Cafe Marron is staffed by some wonderful individuals.
Chef-Nicholas St Clair Nick has been in the restaurant business for eleven years and this is his first opportunity as a Chef. Before Cafe Marron, Nick was the Sous Chef and Pastry Chef at Luna. He enjoys working at Cafe Marron and loves the food they create there. His hope is that every guest that comes in feels at home and is nourished mentally as well as physically with the cuisine and hospitality.
